1-1. CAC THONG S6 OAC TRlfNG COA TfN HI$U XUNG
Cac tin hieu xung duac dung r6ng rai trong nhung llnh vuc khac nhau cua ki- thuat sfi noi riSng va cua ki thuat didn tir noi chung ; vf du trong truyin thong huu tuySn va vo tuyen, trong rada, trong do lucmg dieu khien so...
Cac mach tao xung cho ra hai loai tin hieu dien : Cac xung dien ap/dong hoac nhung buorc nhay cua dien ap hay dong. Dae diem cua loai tin hieu nay la ngu6i ta chi quan tarn toi hai gia tri hoan toan phan biet nhau cua chung, goi la hai mite : Mile cao H va miic tha'p L.
1-1-1. Xung
Xung la tin hieu tao nen do su thay doi miic cua dien ap hay dong trong . mot thcri khoang rat nho : Tir miic tha'p L ban diu chuyen sang njm 6 muc cao H trong m6t thcri gian ngan, hoac ngugc lai.
• Hinh 1-la la m6t xung hinh thang li tucmg. Doan ab goi la day xung, doan cd la dinh xung, doan ac chuyen tir miic thap L len miic cao H goi la su&n len cua xung, doan db chuyen tiep tu H sang L goi la su&n xuong cua xung. Khoang cach gitta dinh va day goi la bien do xung UM (UM = H - L). Mot xung thuc te a cua ra mach tao xung co dang t6ng quat nhu 6 hinh 1-lb. Ta tha'y, do qua trinh qua dfl nSn dinh xung kh6ng "tron" va khong nam o mot dien ap cd dinh ; muc cao H nam trong mien dien ap giira bien do UM va 0,9UM. Sai lech Au goi la do sut dp dinh. 1-1-2. Birdc nhay
Bircrc nhay la su chuyen rtft nhanh cua difen ap hoac dong gitta hai miic H va L. N£u nhay til miic tha'p L len miic cao H thi goi la bu&c nhay duang (hinh 1- 2a) ; neu nguoc lai nhay tir H xud'ng L thi goi la budc nhay dm (hinh l-2b). Budc nhay, ddi khi con goi la tin hieu the, duoc dac trung bing bien dO nhay UM va d6 dai suan doc tf (hoac tr). Bubc nhay la tin hieu ra a nhifiu mach dien tir, vi du mach so sanh tuong tu (xem muc 2-1) hoac cac Flip-Flop (xem muc 3-1).

Khoa transistor la mot trong nhung phin tir co ban cua ki thuat xung - sd. Transistor dung lam khoa cd thd la transistor ludng cuc BJT hoac transistor trudng MOS. Khi su dung transistor nhu mot khoa dong/cdt, tuy theo tin hieu dieu khi£n d dau vao, transistor cd the lam viec d mdt trong hai che dd :
• Che do dan bao hoa, dong qua transistor dat gia tri ldn nha't cho phep, ta noi transistor mo (hoac dan).

De chuyen tir trang thai mo sang trang thai khoa cung can thcri gian qua do tk. Thcri gian nay la cin thie't de’ triet tieu cac hat mang dien trong mien tiep giap p-n cua transistor va de tu ki sinh Cce duoc nap diy. Thcri gian khoa tk ldn hern * 7 * 1 -9 thoi gian mo tm va chung thucmg d trong khoang tir vai chuc ns (Ins = 10 s)

Mot ung dung quan trong nhat cua cac phin tu logic tliong dung ke tren la dung de xay dung nhung mach thuc hien cac quan he logic phirc tap. b) Cac mach ra cua phan tu logic ho TTL. Cac phin tir logic ho TTL co the co m6t trong ba mach ra sau :
• Mach ra totem - pole (con goi la mach ra cot cham)
Hinh l-23a la md hinh phin tir logic vdi mach ra totem - pole, gdm hai khoa K], K2 dong vao cac muc logic cao va tha'p. • Mach ra cuc gop ho (de ngo). Phin tu logic cuc gop ha co mach ra la mot transistor BJT, cuc gop cua no de ha. Khi su dung phai noi dau ra Q (chinh la cuc gop) vai dien ap +U thi'ch hop thong qua dien tra R (1 + 5kfi) goi la dien tra treo cao (hinh l-23b).
Phin tu mach ra cuc gop ha co cac uu diem sau :

Ngudi ta c6n hay san xua't cac IC dem (buffer) ba trang thai. No thuc chi't chi la mdt khuech dai logic ba trang thai, kf hieu nhu a hinh l-25a, b. Khi E = 1 (hoac E = 0 ddi vdi hinh l-25b) thi Q = A ; khi E = 0 (hoac E = 1 ddi vcri hinh l-25b), phin tu dem se a trang thii tdng trd cao, diu ra Q tach khoi diu vao A. Van de cuoi cung cin liru y dien dp cung cap Ucc: Trong cac mach hinh 2-8, didn ap cung cip Ucc khong duac vuot qua +9V, vi khi transistor T2 bat diu chuyen tir din bao hoa sang khoa, tie'p giap goc - phat cua no chiu mot dien ap phin cuc nguoc uB2 a -Ucc. Ne'u +UCC > 9V thi dien ap phan cuc nguoc len co the gay choc thung 16p tiep giap va pha hong transistor.
Muon dung nguon cung cip ldn hem 9V, ta dat vao mach cuc g6'c T2 mot diod bao ve (1N4148). Catod cua diod noi vdi cuc goc cua T2. Luc do, giai han dien ap ngudn cung cip chi con bi han che' bai dien ap danh thung giua cuc gop va phat (khoang vai ba chuc volt).

3-1. CAC LOAI FLIP-FLOP
Flip-Flop la mach logic c6 mflt hoac hai diu vao di£u khi^n, hai diu ra. Tin hieu tren hai diu ra Flip-Flop phu thuOc nhau : Ne'u m6t diu ra co tin hieu la Q, thi a diu ra kia se la phu dinh cua Q (Q). Khi tin hieu 6 cua vao thoa man di6u kien di£u khidn, diu ra Q se lit trang thii tir mtic logic tha'p L len miic logic cao H hoac nguoc lai. Vay, tin hieu 6 diu ra Flip-Flop khi co diSu khie’n la m6t bu6c nhay dien ap. Dac di£m cua Flip-Flop la : Khi khong co dieu khien or cua vdo, mile logic (L hoac H) a dau ra duoc duy tri on dinh.

a) Trong mot "chip" J-K FF co tir 1 den 2 Flip-Flop cung loai, va chung thudng co cac dac diem cin luu y sau :
• Trong Flip-Flop thudng co diu dal tritac (Pre) va diu xoa (CLR) khong ddng bo. Cac dau nay co thd la tich cuc tha'p hoac tich cuc cao. Nhu vay, ngoai J-K FF ddng bo, trong no con co mot S-R FF khong ddng bo. Diu S chinh la diu Pre va diu R chinh la diu CLR. Hien nay ri't hiem cac vi mach S-R FF khong ddng bo. 3-3. MACH PHAT XUNG DON (MACH DA HAl DON 6n) DONG NANR/NOR
Mot cach don gian va re de tao thanh mach da hai dan on la dung cac phin ttt NAND hoac NOR trong cac 1C ho CMOS, vi du 1C 4001 (g6m 4 phin tii NOR hai diu vao) hay 1C 4011 (gom 4 phin tir NAND hai diu vao).
Hinh 3-10a, b tuang ling la cac mach da hai dan 6n dung NOR va NAND. Xet mach hinh 3-10a, trong do phin tu NOR so 2 duoc nd'i thanh phin tir DAO ; uv la dien ap ki'ch thi'ch a diu vao. ur la dien ap ra. Khi B dat nguong lat UT thi phin tu DAO stf 1 lai lit trang thai va diem A lai chuyen tir H sang L, ur nhay tir L len H. Tu C mdt lin nua nhanh chong phong het dien qua mach vao cua phin tu 1 va B = H. Tu lai bat diu dugc nap theo chilu tirur = H - » C - > R - > A = L. Qua trinh tie'p tuc lap lai nhu tren.
